Beijing Wei Shang IP Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. Our head office is located in Beijing and we have branch office in Changsha, Hunan Province. We are helping both domestic and overseas companies and independent brands, in particular those newly established, to deal with their IP matters in China.

Our Partners used to work in Chinese branch of famous foreign law firms and famous IP agencies which are listed in tier 1 for many years, representing a lot of world-renowned companies, including several Fortune 500 companies in handling their trademark matters in China.
Since established, we have assisted many clients getting trademark registrations in China. We also helped our clients successfully safeguard their trademark rights in China. 

We also have good relations with IP agencies and law firms in many regions and countries. We have already assisted our clients to get trademark registrations in regions and countries outside China mainland, e.g. Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, the United States, etc.
